Gal Ben Moshe, chef proprietor of Charlottenburg’s newest destination restaurant Glass, is taking over the Captain’s Table on the Hoppetosse boat for a very special event. He’ll be preparing his show-stopping ‘Candybox’ dessert course for a select number of diners: an experience to behold, favourite childhood sweets are playfully reinterpreted for the arch modernist table in an act of culinary theatre. Featuring smoke, mirrors, a Snickers bar, popping candy and gummi bears!
How it works
There are a limited number of seatings on Friday 30 August between 19.00 and 22.00. Each seating lasts for half an hour; each table can take up to four guests and is bookable for €30.
