He’s amassed a wealth of experience into his own chaat (savoury snack) stand, ready to ginger up the street food scene. Come for a lentil samosa, which is sliced and topped with all sorts of spicy, colourful goodness, such as daal, tamarind sauce, beetroot yoghurt and Bombay mix.
