Street food’s back, alright!

We’ve not only got loads of new food coming this summer, we’re very excited to announce the Singleton whisky bar which will have free single malts paired with our food as well as a curated cocktail list. Launch party this Friday.

★ Bunsmbobile – The big yellow truck (plus Victor the Jack Russell) will be serving up their classic cheeseburger with a Singleton BBQ sauce – freshly ground chuck, their custom buns and molten cheddar
★ Heisser Hobel – Bergkäse produced by chef Florian’s parents in Bavaria is the key ingredient to their velvety Spätzle which won last year at London’s European Street Food Awards
★ Emu Pizza – Brand new truck with a handmade clay wood-fired oven from England, Emu Pizza do proper traditional Neapolitan pizza with buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano toms and an option of ‘Nduja sausage
★ Jolesch – We wanted this Kreuzberg classic to do their amazing Austrian food last summer and they got so excited they have now got a food truck! They will be doing crisp schnitzel sandwiches, creamy potato salads and more.
★ Maria Maria Arepas – Columbian cornbreads are freshly griddled and filled with classic combos like ‘reina pepiada’ a holy trinity of chicken, avocado and mayonnaise

STALLS
★ Bar Raval – Daniel Brühl and Atilano Gonzalez have got tapas nailed in Berlin. Raval will be doing a very special Arroz Negro stall. A Catalan specialty of plump bomba rice cooked with fish stock and squid, and then turned jet black by rich squid ink.
★ Mogg & Melzer – All we need to say about this Mitte joint is what the New York Times’ food critic Pete Wells said recently about their pastrami on rye which ‘only a handful of New York delis can match’
★ M&Gs Rib Roll – A perfect marriage of soft hoagie roll smeared with creme fraiche, pulled rib meat, zingy secret recipe BBQ sauce, gherkins and chips for added crunch
★ Pic Nic 34 – Gianni will be grilling Arrosticini – a classic Abruzzo streetfood of mutton skewers and fresh-grilled piadinas filled with Sicilian cream cheese, pesto and Italian sausage
★ Taco Kween – Our resident Mexican stall make their own GM-free corn tortillas for tacos topped with braised pork in annato, roast pineapple or fish in a Basque pepper sauce
★ Hello Good Pies – Our favourite Irish pie master returns with a classic filling of steak and Guinness, or Beelitz spargel and white truffle
★ Sababa – Fabulous Israeli vegetarian foods – rich aubergine stews, fresh salads and creamy hummus from this Prenzlauer Berg restaurant.
★ Bun Bao – Try these sticky steamed buns with stewed pork or braised aubergines and topped with coriander, pickled salad and peanut.
★ Fraulein Wild: Lovely baked goodies like Rhubarb meringue, cakes and vegan desserts
★ Zwei Dicke Bäre: Two inspired bakers making the softest, crumbliest cookies teamed up with Mos Eisley to produce the wonder that is an ice cream sandwich
